Methodology & caveats

SFPD drug-offense incidents narrowed to distribution/dealing charges (sale, transport, furnish, deliver, manufacture, traffic, cultivate, maintain premise, money offense, drug lab apparatus) with an adult cite-or-arrest resolution, within 100 meters of the 16th or 24th Street BART plazas (roughly 15th to 17th St, Capp to Julian), counted as distinct incidents. Up = good (supply disruption). Caveat: arrest counts are partly reflexive — a rise can reflect enforcement effort, not only more dealers, so read alongside KR 2.1, not alone.
